At Nashdesign Architecture we seek to create meaningful spaces for living and working. Meaningful in the sense that we give our clients spaces and places where they feel in tune with themselves, with each other and with their environment.
This requires a lot of listening and collaboration, a little trial & error and some soul searching. That’s in essence how we create designs that deliver functionally and environmentally. We confess to being more than a little pre-occupied with how your project will look and it's important to us to be there during the build process to keep these things on track for an end result that looks great and feels right for you.

Nashdesign Architecture delivers a personal service in both residential and commercial design. Whether you are looking to build a new home or commercial project, make significant build changes to your home or re-invigorate your office with a refurbishment we can offer you architectural services tailored to meet your requirements.

We offer the following architectural design, documentation, contract and site services:

  • Design
  • Documentation
  • Project Procurement and Preparation of Building Contracts
  • Design Management on-site during the build
  • Administration of Building Contracts

We can take your project from a brief, through sketch design and resource consent to building consent and onto design management during the construction phase or provide limited service to you in just the areas you require.

Listening and sensing the clients brief and the unique location of the project form the core to our approach. Gaining client feedback as we evaluate and conceptualise the brief is crucial to our approach and the development of your project into the documentation and on-site design management phases.

Laurence Nash - what I can offer you:

First and foremost I want to offer you my expertise and experience in architecture and share the delight good architecture and design brings.  Since graduating in 1995 I have worked in Berlin and London travelling Europe extensively before returning back to Auckland in 2000.  I have a wealth of experience gained through working in practices here and in Europe which will enable me to crystallize your brief and the specifics of your location into a successful project.  I am a registered architect and a member of the New Zealand Institute of Architects.
